Where do I begin?
Open Guest ticket to try six full slots without registering. Confirm that you are 18 or older and resident in the UK before play. A free account opens all 97 destinations.
On the departure board, search a title or feature, choose a line, show guest games or view saved favourites. Clear all filters returns the full catalogue.
What do Play Credits mean?
Play Credits are fictional numbers with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, transferred or redeemed. They are separate from money and cannot produce a cash prize or prize of value.
Your account balance is shared across all slots. The six guest games share their own browser guest balance. If your account has fewer than 50 credits, a free refill is available once per 24 hours, after pending features are finished.
A spin was interrupted.
Return to the same game and use its recovery or retry controls. The server records each round. Repeating the same recorded request recovers its result without charging it again.
Complete a pending bonus before starting a different slot. Include the game title and round identifier in a support request. Do not include your password or payment details.
The sound or motion is too much.
Use the game sound control and Play comfort. Your device’s reduced-motion preference is respected; some movement remains part of showing the game.
Open Player Care to choose a break. Account breaks apply to slot play and cannot be ended early from the ordinary player controls.
Account and information requests.
Account security lets you change your password and revoke other sessions. Privacy controls let you download account records or delete the account after confirming your password.
Contact supports private account, game and privacy requests. Saving a request gives a reference; it does not mean an external email has been delivered.
