For a game issue, include its title and the round identifier shown in the game. Never send a password or payment information.
A round was interrupted.
Reload the same slot and use its recovery or replay controls. Retrying the same round does not spend credits twice. Complete a pending bonus before opening another slot.
Credits and account access.
Play Credits are always free, cannot be redeemed and do not represent money. Your account has one shared slot balance; guest credits are separate. A free refill is available below 50 credits once per 24 hours.
Your account data.
Download account records or delete your account from Privacy controls. If you cannot sign in, choose “Privacy request” below. We may need proportionate checks to protect your information; do not send identity documents with your first message.
