Your credit balance is a fictional game record. Here is how to keep the record clear when you move between worlds.
Accounts and guest visits are separate.
A new free account starts with 100,000 Play Credits and shares that balance across all 97 slots. A guest visit starts with its own 100,000-credit balance for six slots and lasts seven days.
Guest credits, bonuses and rounds do not transfer into an account. Signing in uses the account’s own wallet. There are no deposits, purchases, cash prizes or prizes of value.
A recorded request is not charged twice.
The server records rounds and their results. Use the in-game retry or recovery control after an interruption, or reload the same game. The same recorded request returns its existing result.
Use Reconnect to reload the player when the connection is restored. Finish a pending bonus decision before opening another slot.
Free refills have clear limits.
If your account has fewer than 50 credits, a free refill is available from My ticket wallet once per 24 hours after pending features are finished.
A refill has no real-world value and cannot be bought or redeemed. There is no requirement to keep playing or to return daily.
